    • PCBA: add BOM with manufacturer part numbers and pick-and-place file
    • No production files yet: your design project or schematic
    • Quantity, deadline, special requirements

  2. Free DFM check

    I check what you sent and reply with questions.

    • Gerber: written DFM issue list with location and suggested fix
    • BOM: availability, lifecycle, package and value checks
    • No charge and no obligation

  3. Quote & factory match

    You receive a quote with price, lead time and shipping.

    • Job matched to a partner factory that suits the technology and quantity
    • Component alternatives, if any, listed for your approval
    • Work starts only after you approve

  4. Fabrication, sourcing & assembly

    Bare boards, parts and assembly run as one order, with inspection.

    • Files, parts and first samples approved by you before quantity
    • 100% AOI and electrical test on bare boards; assembled boards inspected
    • Progress updates in English; photos on request

  5. Ship & support

    Packed and shipped to your address or your forwarder.

    • Tracking number sent on dispatch
    • Problems after delivery handled with you directly
    • Repeat orders reuse the approved files and settings
The full process

From files to boards at your door, and you can start at any stage

Hand me the whole job, or only the part you need: just production files, just bare boards, assembly with parts you supply, or turnkey PCBA from Gerber and BOM. The same engineer follows it either way.

  1. Production files

    Gerber, drill, BOM and pick-and-place prepared or checked; layout revisions and DFM fixes.

  2. PCB fabrication

    Bare boards built at a partner factory matched to your stack-up, finish and quantity.

  3. Component sourcing

    BOM checked line by line; parts bought and kitted, alternatives only with your approval.

  4. SMT & THT assembly

    Surface-mount and through-hole assembly, turnkey or with your consigned parts.

  5. Testing & inspection

    100% AOI and electrical test on bare boards, assembly inspection, functional test to your procedure.

  6. Packing & shipping

    Packed for transit and shipped by express courier or through your own forwarder.
